The new GEOX campaign with Penélope Cruz

Geox is delighted to announce the launch of its new campaign for the Autumn/Winter 24/25 collection featuring Penélope Cruz.

After she captivated the public as a successful celebrity endorser for the Italian brand’s previous campaign, it is a pleasure to have this Oscar-winning film star back again.

A style and an image which is also characteristic of the chosen location for Geox’s upcoming campaign: New York City.

Here, in this quintessentially cosmopolitan city, Penélope Cruz interprets the theme of breathing, a topic that has always been close to Geox’s heart.

The campaign conveys a message of energy, freshness and a yearning to explore. The actress is portrayed in a variety of situations in the images, but she seems to assume all the energy of this busy bustling city which is always one step ahead of fashion.

We see Penélope on a rooftop set against clear skies with a spectacular skyline behind her and she appears to dominate the buzzing streets below. In another picture, she is photographed as she walks past buildings affording fascinating glimpses of the Big Apple. Last but not least, we see her next to an instantly recognisable taxicab, the only way to get around the city that never sleeps.

In short, the actress takes us on an ideal tour of New York, sharing the sensations and feelings it evokes: curiosity and vibrancy, but also that blissful inner calm made possible by the superlative comfort of Geox products.

A trip that seems to have been taken out of a film with backdrops which not only tell a compelling story, but also highlight Geox’s contemporary core.

The various items donned by Penélope bespeak the sheer versatility and elegance of the brand. This aesthetic foray into a captivating city brings to the fore the intrinsic value of outperforming, comfortable and invariably stylish footwear and outerwear designed to make all women feel at ease.

But the collab does not stop with this campaign. The happy partnership between the Italian brand and Penélope Cruz will continue and expand with a brand-new project for the upcoming season.

The Autumn/Winter collection will be accompanied by a new Capsule Collection developed once again by the actress together with her sister Mónica Cruz.

The pictures were taken by the creative duo Hunter & Gatti. The music is by Eduardo Cruz, Penélope’s brother. The campaign was curated by the M&C Saatchi agency of Milan.
